Shipping

You will receive an email when your products have been packed. The products are sent from our office at Öland, Sweden.

The delivery time depends on your shipping selection at check out, and will be delivered according to your selection.

Delivery time 3-6 business days.

NOTE that orders to destinations outside of EU might have additional costs for customs and duty fees.


Returns

We offer returns within 30 days.

To make a return: Fill out the return document in your package, and send back the products in the same condition as they were sent. 

For the return to be approved the products needs to be in its original condition. With the original labels and hang tags attached to the product, the product can not have stains, be broken or torn, has to be be folded and not wrinkly, with no smell of perfume or sweat. 

NOTE that the products need to be sent to the address and not to a service point for pick up.

Note that the costumer is responsible for the shipping cost for returns.
Ship with your own selection of carrier, or buy a return shipment on the website at:  https://swedishpoetry.com/collections/shipping-return.
The shipping labels will then be sent to you to print and attach on the package.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the credit card used when you placed your order. Shipping or additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.


Exchanges

To change size or color, please return your product as described for "Returns" and place a new order at the website for the product you want to exchange to.


How do I cancel/adjust my order?

If you would like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is very important that you contact us right away.

Please use ”CANCEL ORDER” or ”ADJUST ORDER” together with your order number in the subject field.

If we do not receive a message directly after the order has been placed, we can not leave a guarantee that we have time to stop the shipment.

If a canceled order has already been sent, the customer will be in charge of sending the item back.

If an order is being refused by the recipient for an unknown/unapproved reason, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 250 SEK / EURO 25 / 30 USD for the cost of returning the item by the carrier.


Damaged Goods

If your products have been damaged during shipping, contact the delivery provider and Swedish Poetry directly when you receive the package. Email: contact@swedishpoetry.com
